Saputara is a lovely hill station on Maharastra - Gujarat border and an ideal week end get away, for recreation and relaxation. Easy to reach from Mumbai via Nasik through Nasik-Surat high way or from Gujarat via Surat or Valsad.

We travelled from Mumbai via Nasik by Car and it took us a little over six hours to reach Saputara.

It has many good hotels for stay with good food. The main attraction is ropeway, Sunrise- Sunset points. It also offers boating, museum, gardens, honeybee center and amusement park with games for children.

There are many interesting spots around Saputara.
